I am a personal injury trial lawyer advocating for injury victims in Massachusetts, and am the only personal injury lawyer in the Berkshires with 30+ years of experience in questioning jurors during jury selection. (Since February 1, 2015, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts allows attorneys to question prospective jurors.) I represent injury clients from the initial claim stage through litigation, and until the matter is settled or a jury verdict is rendered.
